Shaul's practice includes, inter alia, representation of corporations in legal disputes relating to all areas of commercial law; representation of corporations and other legal entities before government agencies and class action litigation. Shaul has a master degree in law (LLM, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, 2004) from Columbia University in New York City and a bachelor degree in law (LLB, cum laude, 2002) from the College of Management. Shaul is a member of the Israel bar (2003) and also a member of the New York State bar (2005).
Eli specializes in litigation, commercial law, administrative law, torts, insurance law and medical law including medical malpractice. Eli is highly experienced in arguing cases before all judicial instances, and his field of occupation includes, inter alia, representing corporations and individuals in legal disputes in all areas of commercial law; representing corporations and other bodies against governmental authorities; representing corporations and other bodies in administrative petitions regarding, inter alia, tender law; handling tort cases in general and medical malpractice cases in particular and providing routine legal counseling for companies and various bodies. Eli has a bachelor degree in law (LLB, cum laude, 2002) from the Hebrew University and he is a member of the Israel bar (2004).
Ohad specializes in hi-tech, commercial and corporate law, as well as securities and capital markets litigation.
His practice includes, inter alia, representation and advising start-up companies and venture capital and representation of clients in a wide range of commercial agreements in Israel and abroad, including licensing agreements, development agreements and joint venture agreements.
Prior to Joining ZP Law, Ohad clerked at the Economic Department in the District Court of Tel Aviv and was an associate for three years in Fischer Behar Chen Well, Orion & Co law offices.
Ohad is a co - chairman of “Children Playing Chess” – a non-profit organization which promotes the study of chess among children in outlying areas. Ohad has a master degree in business (MA, 2014), majoring in finance, from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a bachelor degree in law and economics (LLB, BA) from Tel Aviv University. He is a member of the Israel bar (2009).

Deborah specializes in international transactions, representing companies in the field of fintech in Israel and abroad and banking regulations. Deborah's experience includes providing advice in the field of financial products and financing projects. Deborah holds a bachelor's degree in law (LLB, 2004) and a master's degree in international economic law with honors (2006), both from the Sorbonne in Paris, a master's degree in law from New York University (LLM, 2007) and a master's degree in political science from Tel Aviv University (MA, 2015). And has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2018 and the New York State Bar Association since 2008.
