Reut specializes in commercial litigation. Reut's practice includes representation of corporations in legal disputes relating to all areas of civil and commercial law and class action litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Reut worked as an intern at the State Attorney of Economy and Tax. Reut holds a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB, cum laude, 2015) from the College of Management and is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2017.

Shaul specializes in commercial litigation, arbitration, commercial and corporate law, labor law, tenders, class actions, administrative law and antitrust.
Shaul's practice includes representation of corporations in legal disputes relating to all areas of commercial law; representation of corporations and other legal entities before government agencies and class action litigation. Shaul holds a master’s degree in law (LLM, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, 2004) from Columbia University in New York City and a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB, cum laude, 2002) from the College of Management. Shaul is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2003 and also a member of the New York State Bar Association since 2005.
Eli specializes in litigation, commercial law, administrative law, insurance law and torts including medical malpractice.
Eli has extensive experience arguing cases before several Israeli judicial bodies, and his fields of expertise include, inter alia, representing medical corporations in medical malpractice cases, representing in complex litigation cases and providing routine legal counseling, including crisis management, to international corporations and bodies. Eli holds a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB, cum laude, 2002) from the Hebrew University and is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2004.
Ohad specializes in high tech, commercial and corporate law, as well as securities and capital markets litigation. His practice includes representing and advising start-up companies and venture capital firms as well as representing clients in a wide range of commercial matters in Israel and abroad, including licensing agreements, development agreements and joint venture agreements.
Prior to Joining ZP Law, Ohad clerked for the Economic Department of the District Court of Tel Aviv and was an associate at Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co. law offices for three years. Ohad is a co-chairman of “Children Playing Chess,” a non-profit organization that promotes the study of chess among children in outlying areas.
Ohad holds a master's degree in business majoring in finance (MA 2014) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a bachelor's degree in law and economics (LLB, BA) from Tel Aviv University. He is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2009.
Noa, who serves as a special consultant in our firm, offers expert legal counsel in various fields such as privacy protection, TV production, telecom and broadcasting, e-commerce and Internet law, libel and copyright issues. Noa represents leading media and telecom companies, companies from the technology and entrepreneurship sectors, as well as TV production companies and content providers. Noa has a unique specialization in issues of privacy protection and information database management in the digital era: formulating and implementing privacy policies in various services, cloud computing, data mining, information sharing, transfer of data abroad and representation before regulatory authorities on privacy issues.
Before joining our firm as a counsel, Noa was a partner in the Regulation and Telecommunications Department at Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. and before, Noa worked at the Legal Department of the Israeli Ministry of Communications. Noa worked as an intern at the High Court of Justice Department at the State Attorney's Office, and holds bachelor’s degrees in law (LLB, Magna cum Laude 2001) from the Hebrew University, a master’s degree in law (LLM, 2007) from the Hebrew University and is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2002.
Sharon specializes in all aspects of torts and particularly in medical liability, insurance law, personal injury.
Prior to joining ZP Law, Sharon worked as an associate at Jellinek & Co. law offices representing plaintiffs in the fields of personal injury and medical malpractice, and at Frish, Shperber, Reinherz & Co. law offices, specializing in representation of medical institutions and doctors in malpractice cases. Sharon holds a bachelor's degree in law (LLB 2009) from Bar-Ilan University and is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2010.
Sharona specializes in corporate and commercial law and provides legal advice to high tech companies in the fields of equity, intellectual property, regulations, commercial and co-operation agreements, option plans and labor law.
Prior to joining ZP Law, Sharona worked as an intern at Katzenell-Dimant law offices specializing in corporate law and high tech and also worked at ESOP- Excellence, providing trust services to employee incentive schemes, mergers and acquisitions transactions and source code. Sharona holds bachelor’s degrees in law and business, majoring in finance, (LLB, BA 2011) from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya and is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2013.
Deborah specializes in cross-border transactions, structured finance, and banking regulations. She has experience in complex financial products and project financing. Her practice includes representing companies in commercial matters in Israel and abroad, with a special focus on the Fintech industry.
Prior to joining the firm, Deborah practiced law for several years with Gide Loyrette Nouel A.A.R.P.I., a leading international law firm in Paris, in the derivatives and structured finance team. During the equivalence process to the Israeli Bar, she completed her internship at Caspi & Co in the international department. Deborah holds a bachelor’s degree in law (cum laude, 2004) and a master's degree in international economic law from the University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne (magna cum laude, 2006), an LLM. from New York University School of law (2007) and a master's degree in political science from Tel Aviv University (2015). Deborah is a member of the New York State Bar Association since 2008 and a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2018.
